ABOUT ZAPCLUB
ZapClub was born from a simple idea:
Some of the world's best products never get built because founders struggle to find trusted execution, while great builders stay disconnected from the right ideas.
The friction looked different on each side, but it kept leading to the same outcome: slower shipping, weaker matches, and too much energy lost before the real work even began.

From text to sprint plan.
Your idea goes from text to a sprint plan automatically. No PM calls, no scoping meetings, no back-and-forth.
Most founders lose 2-3 weeks before a single line of code gets written. You won't. You approve and start the sprint. Setup is not your job.
Vetted builders, not a directory.
Every builder has delivered real production work. The 3 who pass are the ones who ship. No bids. No profiles to scroll. Just a matched team, ready in 48 hours.
The point is not volume, but knowing that people here actually execute when sprints start. Every ZapClub builder owns the process. Ownership is not a filter but a system here.
Control without coordination overhead.
Track milestones in your dashboard. Release payment when satisfied. Dispute if something's wrong. ZapClub handles the rest.
Managing a team is a full-time job you did not sign up for. You stay in control of outcomes and approvals here, without taking on the burden of managing the team day by day.
Plug in as a team for dynamic, scope-driven startup sprints. Dev allocations adapt instantly to match target timeline and velocity.
Dynamic Formations: Pods are never static, they are assembled custom for each project based entirely on its scope and technical requirements.
Elastic Scaling: Need to move faster? The system dynamically injects additional frontend, backend, or AI builders to match velocity goals.
High-Speed Weeks: Highly scoped deliverables are locked in 1-2 week sprints to keep execution clear and eliminate all project overhead.
Plug in as a solo expert to get matched 1:1 directly with founder projects that need your specific shape of high-autonomy, zero-to-one execution.
Direct founder matches: Work 1:1 with founders on high-autonomy startup projects without bidding platforms.
Zero Proposal Noise: ZapClub's mapping engine aligns your specific proof-of-work to founder needs behind the scenes.
Deliver & Earn: Work autonomously, structure milestone rates directly, and maintain direct executive trust with high-growth startups.
Nodes plug into Pods · Pods ship for founders · The whole thing moves.
Founders explain what they want to build. ZapClub scopes it, assembles the right pod, and drives execution through delivery.
Type your idea in plain English. AI generates a sprint plan, milestones, and fixed price in minutes.
Our engine matches based on skill, sprint history, and approval rate. No browsing profiles.
Review the plan, pay into escrow, and the sprint starts. You track progress. You manage no one.
Every great network has a moment before it becomes a network - when the people are few, the attention is real, and every match actually matters.
We're in that moment. The first cohort of founders and builders on ZapClub won't be onboarded. They'll be chosen. Founding founders get our direct attention - no process, no queue, no algorithm deciding your match. Founding builders get first access to sprints before the doors open wider.
This is the window. It closes when the network fills. We're onboarding a limited first cohort - not for optics, but because every match right now is made by hand.
A few quick answers about how ZapClub works, how fast sprints start, and what kind of work fits best.
You don't browse profiles. You don't negotiate. You describe what you need and we handle matching, scoping, delivery, and payment automatically.
You don't need to. Describe your idea in plain words. AI breaks it into a sprint plan for you.
Your payment sits in escrow until you approve. If something's wrong, ZapClub mediates. You never lose money on a failed sprint.
That's actually the most common place founders start - and it's exactly what the AI scoping layer is built for. You don't need a spec. You don't need a wireframe. You need a direction. Type something like "I want to build a dashboard that shows me which customers are about to churn" and the AI will break that into a concrete sprint plan with milestones, timeline, and price before any builder touches it. The PM reviews the output and closes any gaps. By the time you see the plan, the ambiguity has already been resolved for you. Clarity is the product, not a prerequisite.
It depends on scope, and the AI scoping step tells you before you commit. Most sprints fall into two bands: focused builds - a single feature, integration, or prototype - typically complete in 7-10 days. Fuller builds - multi-feature products or MVPs - run 14-21 days. The sprint plan you approve before payment shows the exact timeline for your specific project. You never start a sprint without knowing when it ends.
Apply with your portfolio. We review every application and respond within 48 hours. You'll know if you're selected or not - no ghosting.
A sprint is a fixed execution cycle where a team focuses on delivering a specific outcome within a short time period. For example: an AI MVP sprint could include a landing page, authentication, an AI workflow, and dashboard v1, with a 10 day timeline. So a sprint means clearly scoped work, a fixed timeline, and a defined outcome.
Yes - but with a cap. You can run up to 2 active sprints simultaneously. Beyond that, delivery quality drops and your approval rate takes the hit. We'd rather you earn 100% on two sprints than 70% on four. If you're in a pod, sprint load is distributed across the team - so the capacity question looks different there. As your reputation score grows, you unlock the ability to take on higher-value sprints rather than more sprints. Volume isn't the goal. Track record is.
